Jay Pigeon has always been an artist. Public schools in his early days promoted creativity. With the freedom to explore there and through high school and college, Jay is still creating and exploring. Oil paints and pastels are the mediums of choice as both have beautiful and unique qualities and combine both painting and drawing.
