Front Royal, VA
JODY MUSSOFF was born in Pittsburgh, PA in 1952 and has been living in the DC area for 40 years. She currently resides in Front Royal, since moving in 2012. Most of Jody’s art career was centered in Washington, DC and partly in NYC, and Malmo, Sweden. She has shown her work in several US cities from the late 1970s to 2010, with a couple of exhibits at Booth & Nadler Studio & Gallery, in Marshall, a few other venues, and at R.H. Ballard in Washington VA.
Judy’s work is in various public collections, including the Hirshhorn Museum, the Smithsonian Museum of American Art, the National Gallery of Art, Yale University Art Gallery, the Delaware Art Museum, The Palmer Museum of Art, the National Museum of Women in the Arts, Orlando Museum of Art, Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts, the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, and the Mobile Museum of Art. She is proud to be asked to participate with her drawings in the Art of the Piedmont Auction!
